Kahani Events by Ardour boasts some of the world’s most talented chefs including Peter Joseph, the man who landed and retained a Michelin star for the world’s first Michelin-starred Indian restaurant. Our talented chefs are fully trained and highly experienced in fine dining Asian and Indian cuisine and they are skilled in many regional cuisines such as Bengali, North Indian, Gujarati, Sri Lankan, Jain and full vegetarian menus. Our table service is second to none as our team of expert servers have five star luxury hotel and restaurant experience. Whether it be for a wedding or for an intimate dinner, charity function, corporate event or product launch, Kahani Events by Ardour creates experiences worth talking about.
Our team of experts can personally assist you with all your event styling, design, furniture and prop hire needs; from stunning crockery, cutlery and stemware to furniture, dazzling table decorations, sparkling bars and so much more. We can help you create something your guests won’t forget in a hurry.
Kahani Events by Ardour can offer a personalised service for your event. Our experienced team is able to offer advice and assistance on every aspect of your event from design to flowers to lighting to entertainment to catering.
As an event caterer we constantly deal with fluctuations in demands and we therefore already have an existing pool of over 250 high-calibre London event staff which includes event managers, supervisors, waiting staff, chefs and porters.
We will select 50 of our best team members from this existing pool to deliver events at your beautiful venue. This will be in addition to our existing management team and operations teams that deliver events in our listed venues.
As a standard policy we always have a minimum 10% overbook for all events. Furthermore we have a responsive London based operations team who can react to any unexpected shortfall of staffing levels. We have a talented and dedicated team that is more than able to deliver a successful contract at the venue.
Our team of World Master Chefs, service team of skilled waiting staff and wine waiters, executive chefs, hands-on directors, operations managers, event supervisors, cellar management, hostesses and porters will provide a first class service at your venue.
We are experts in effectively managing a network of experienced variable pool workers and their services will be booked according to the level of business that is required at your venue.
This means that we are able to achieve continuity of team members from event to event – removing the risk of ‘casual staff’ not knowing or following procedures within the defined policies.
At Kahani Events by Ardour, people are our most important asset and we recognise that learning and development is fundamental to meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients and customers and therefore our business.
We set up our own Academy to deliver a structured learning and development programme for all of our team members. Our team members are trained to levels which are over and above the norm. This ensures that they graduate from the ‘academy’ with an understanding and ability to deliver.
The Academy ensures that we recruit the best and nurture, train and reward them to help develop our business and build long and lasting relationships with our partners, venues and clients.
The academy helps us improve service standards, instil consistent operating procedures and ensure our service excellence is always maintained.
It also serves as an effective platform to ensure our team are inducted, trained, nurtured and developed as well as having the necessary resources and training to carry out their roles to the best of their ability.
